This competition is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Scan Accounting, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

To enter the competition, participants must submit their full name, email address, phone number, and company name via the designated entry form on the website or landing page.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

The competition begins on October- 22, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on October 27, 2024 (Eastern Standard Time).
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

Two winners will each receive one free tax filing service, valued at CAD 250, provided by Scan Accounting.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days after the competition ends.
If a winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected

The tax filing service is subject to Scan Accounting’s availability.
Winners will be required to provide relevant tax documents to complete the filing process.

Scan Accounting reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
Scan Accounting is not responsible for technical issues or other factors that may interfere with participation in the competition.
